What is your recommendation for resolution and graphic settings
I have an i7-6700 and a RTX 2070 Super. It handles 3840x2160 at 200% Scaling pretty well. It can chug a little when using the moveable outside camera in certain areas, so I've been trying 2560x1440 at 400%. Just curious if the texture popin in wide open areas like Nevada might be less noticable at lower resolutions or less likely to be as bad???

Thank you.

It doesn't matter what your settings are at. It is going to happen anyway.

Ok thank you, that's pretty much what I wanted to know. I guess Ill use the higher resolution at maybe 150%, which still looks great at 3840x2160

Thank you.

You may want to consider using Nvidia Profile Inspector with DX 11. Made a huge difference in the graphics and system performance.
Takes a bit of testing for optimal graphics. Well worth it. Suggest reading the post in the forums and links provided. Detailed instructions on how to.
