Report a translation problem
Have not seen them before, but it was in a profile with mods.
If it occurs on a vanilla profile (no mods ever used), you can report it as a bug in the SCS forum.
Even if the game does not crash, that is prolly not how it's meant to be.
*edit
I loaded back into my main profile which currently has 3 active mods, but I had previously fast travelled away from Las Vegas. Went to Roswell. When I loaded into that save, the only new warning is this:
<WARNING> GTAO reinit due to texture dimension change!
I'm guessing those other errors have to do with while I'm driving around Las Vegas. I just don't know what GTAO stands for in regards to that other error. And let me just say... GTAO is difficult to google anything worth while as it's an obviously popular acronym.
**Seems from the SCS forums, GTAO is just another term for SSAO.
Never heard of it before as well. Just thought "AO" must be ambient occlusion with this SSAO they introduced.
so google for "GTAO Ambient Occlusion".

GTAO
Ground Truth based Ambient Occlusion
Edit: Oh, you found it as well....
So these new errors are probably nothing to worry about for now.
All you had to do is disable any mods that had their own cargo. SCS changed to a different format for cargo.
Will you be here complaining when you can't buy and install Idaho this weekend? The update wasn't just for "optical upgrades" as you put it, it creates the new roads to link the new DLC.
Doh!
+1
How is it solved?
please
