Well I can speak from experience having spoke with Corey many times had great customer service took me 4 months to get mine just like everybody else that thousands of people of the use them this guy is a crybaby who thought he was going to get a product within two days of his or her that's the way it goes that's life if he'd acted like he did with my business I wouldn't send him a product either I love my shifter I had a great time dealing with the company and I understood when ordering that it might take 3 to 4 months to get it acting like a petulant child spreading rumors on the internet bad publicity gets you nowhere I'm nobody special I don't get special treatment my name is not squirrel I ordered one online paid for it and order the second adapter after I realized I made a mistake the first time everything came as I was told it would within 3 to 4 months.

CSIO is a scam. This is not just one guy. This is happening to HUNDREDS, probably THOUSANDS of customers. People receiving shift knobs that don't work, or break and CSIO will not honor their warranty.

Just looks at the reddit's and SCS forum for proof!

Corey doesn't communicate at all, is being threatened by SCS to remove his beta tester status, his picture from the driver profiles. SCS has even stated publicly via a forum moderator named Reef that SCS will publicly disassociate from CSIO.

Now you tell me who is wrong here? Certainly not the OP, but the goofballs and non customer service people at CSIO.

Do you consider everyone who has ordered, waited, had zero contact with CSIO and still received no shifter, a crybaby? Are you REALLY going to justify someone taking a customers money and giving them no product in return because they don't like them?

Stop insulting everyone who has been treated poorly by csio, Crash...and learn how to properly use punctuation.

Can't say I've seen anything from SCS Software themselves in regards to this...

However, I do want to point out one thing: Reef, along with the other Global Moderating Team on the SCS forums, are volunteers and have no affiliation with SCS Software, their opinions, or their views. What they say are as individuals, and not as a company. They are not paid to be there in any form or fashion.

Now, if Max, or Loutis, or someone with an Orange or Red name had said something, that will have more clout as to the views of SCS Software because they are paid employees of the company.

From everything I have heard, they are a scammer, nothing more. Ordering in February and still no shifter and no communications answered 7 months later? Scam.

It almost sounds like you are the person running the scam the way you are trying to defend them with all of the reports of non-communication, non-delivery and non-support of faulty units. Just keep throwing money at them for nothing. And now you go and say you wouldn't even deliver the product if it was you. You are saying the scam is justified?

"When they arrived we found out that one is not functional, the other one is fine (Max is using it). After a while (like 5 months), I got upset because they did not respond to our request to send a new one or something in that sense. So I took it apart and fixed it myself. Materials are cheap, craftsmanship is rather inaccurate and so on. But the issue was trivial one and I got it working after an hour. They still did not respond to our request though.

After all that I have to say it is working great and it is a real treat to play with it. But as a whole, the process and manufacturing are mediocre at best.
Still neat product though, yet a bit pricey for what you get."

File with BBB then dispute the charge with PayPal, and keep all transactions from the PayPal and Cisco and hand them over to attorney.

Better yet, find out where the seller located if in USA file compliant with state attorney general office they will look into it. Sometimes, AG will pass this information to local prosecutor to where seller is located and be charged. If hundreds of people been swindled like the seller going to jail or pay victims. SCS be best to quickly disassociate with the seller.

If seller deliverers 5 products out of 100 orders and steals money from 95 other victims it's fraud.

I had zero complaints about CSIO but I ordered mine just after they released them and just before the jake brake came into being. In the time it took to process the order, I was able to get the jake brake added. That is my experience with the company.

However, I have been reading complaints about the company for a long time and they say virtually the same thing about the company not supplying the product and not contacting their customers after they go through the process of filing support tickets. If one person complains or perhaps a few people complain then I just dismiss it as disgruntled customers and some people will rant about virtually nothing at times. They do not say how they worded their complaint when they filed the support tcket and if it was threatening or abusive. Now that is in the case of a few customers but when it comes to an extraordinary amount of customers being treated the same way then that does sound alarm bells.

This has been happening for a long time now and players should be warned not to deal with CSIO until they have proof this company is acting professionally, which they are not!

Alright I'll be the first one to eat crow here I've been gone a long time I just got back I did not really know it was this huge thing going on with this Csio I assumed it was just one person ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about a couple people not getting their orders in time my comment about not supplying it was simply met that I have the right to refuse service to a customer that acts like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I would have simply refunded his money and moved on having with back and reread the post again my bad I spoke before looking into this matter altho my experience was again very pleasant that's too bad that the company went this way they had the makings of a great company with a great product in the beginning... And no I will not learn to use punctuation because right now I have to speak to my phone.... LOL for those that had bad experiences I certainly hope they find a suitable products or get their money back again that's too bad because my product works great and I had a great experience with this company

Already aware of it. But his wording doesn't imply it as a whole company either way. All it was that CSIO failed to respond to their requests and nothing more.

What I will say about the BBB is that buisnesses pay the BBB to belong and be part of the BBB,if a buisness is paying to be a "part" or "belong" to the BBB do you think they will actually go after someone that is paying them?Just a question.

Businesses pay to be accredited by the BBB. The accreditation is sought by businesses to show potential customers that the business acts in good faith.

The BBB will report on a business regardless of their accreditation.

Well, I finally got time today to gather my thoughts and my experiences into a solid article on my web site:

http://faelandaea.com/the-csio-technologies-skrs-scam/

Now that I have it all laid out in black and white, hopefully it paints a better picture of what's going on.

Conclusions:

Will CSIo ever return messages to anyone who is not a famous streamer? No
Can you request a refund? No
Can you dispute the charge with your bank or PayPal? No (explained in the article)

The only action left for me is a lawyer and a court room. Yeah, yeah, I know ... it's only 150 bucks. But it's the principal of the matter. My streaming audience donated for this shifter for me. So it hurts me even more that not only is he screwing me over, he is screwing over every kind soul who has ever donated to my stream.

All it was, was shoddy assembly and a defective unit, which they had to repair themselves because CSIO was unreachable even then for warranty/repais, even to SCS.
