Weight stations broken?
Is it normal that the weight stations you are randomly forced to stop for checking the weight don't have this green icon thingy anymore?

I have been playing ATS before the map rescale previously and I always had to stop at those stations, press Enter and got told the total weight. But now there is no green icon box thingy, I don't have to press Enter and I don't get told the total weight. I basically don't even have to stop and could just drive over the scales. This doesn't seem right.

If you didn't get the notification that you have to pull in then you don't need to pull in. Most of the time, when you pass a weigh station that you have already encountered, you won't need to.

But that is when I get the notification to stop at the next weight station. 3 or 4 times so far, no green icon, no stop, no notification about the total weight.

Are you sure you're being told to stop? The beep will sound both when you're being given a "pass" as well as when you're being to to pull in and stop. The difference is that the "pass" beeping is at a slower rate.

Wait! You always get a signal when coming by a weight station now? This pretty sure wasn't the case before the map rescale. I didn't have a closer look at the text because I assumed if that thing comes up I have to stop anyway. I think the green light on the indicator was on the last time though.

SCS added in a sort of Weigh Station Pass device to the default trucks (some mod trucks have them too) that beeps regardless. Quick beeps in succession and a red light means you pull in. Slow and steady beeps with a green light means you can continue trucking without having to stop in. The device is loud like in real life, but I have seen complaints before about it and there are some mods that do tone down the volume for it.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and call operator error :P...

A bypass device was recently introduced that replaces the old pop-up red/green LED icon status bar and generally mimics a real-world 'Pre-Pass' type bypass transponder as described in above posts.

If you aren't getting the green floating icon at the weigh station scale, you haven't been called in to get weighed.

The Route Advisor will display the green/red indicator icons just as before so you can still double-check your call-in status even if your cab doesn't have a bypass device or you forget which beep codes tell you what.
