*FIXED* Thrustmaster TMX Button Mapping
Just received a Thrustmaster TMX FFB steering wheel and pedals. Got it all set up and ready to go and started mapping out the buttons. I'm keeping it in simple automatic until I get the hang of using a steering wheel. So I'm trying to use the accelerator pedal for acceleration (obviously) and I want to map the right turn signal to the right paddle shifter on the steering wheel. However the accelerator pedal and right paddle shifter seem to be using the same button output of "Joy Button 8". It also seems that the A button and brake pedal share the same output of "Joy Button 7". It also does not allow me to map anything to right on the D-pad.

When I open up the FFB control panel and go in to properties to check that all the buttons are working and press the accelerator pedal and the right paddle shifter the number 8 gets lit up both times, same with the A button and the brake pedal both lighting up 7. Most of all the other buttons light up as well except for numbers 10 and 13.

Don't know if this is just something with all the FFB wheels or just an issue I'm having with mine. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Did you select your wheel at the top of the "Controls" page and run the Setup Wizard?

Ya and I ran the set up wizard for simple automatic and everything seemed alright. The wheel and pedals all work in game its just when I try to map functions to buttons something goes wrong. If i want to use the gas pedal for my acceleration I can't map anything to the right paddle shifter because it will remove the button mapped to the gas pedal. Same goes for when I have something mapped to the brake pedal I can't have anything mapped to the "A" button

Have tried downloading updated drivers for it?
I too had some minor issues with my TMX, the updated drivers fixed it.

I have fixed the issue, I had the steering wheel plugged in to the PC before I plugged in the pedals so the calibration and everything was out of whack. Thanks for the help!
