Report a translation problem
Just make sure the trackir software and game list is up to date.
Make sure the correct tracking clip is selected in Basic Settings.
Start TrackIR, left side green led should be on which indicates the clip is being tracked.
Then when game is detected both left and right green LED should light up.
If not close the game and open up the config file in Documents/ATS folder.
Look for the line TrackIR and it needs to be set to 1.

Nope. The tobii head tracking settings have no effect for track ir. I have and use both depending on if I use my wheel or casually play with my xbox controller and I never fool with my settings.
