Need help possibly fixing save after removing Coast to Coast.

Hi, I recently used the C2C mod in my save, but decided to remove it and stick to the base game map.
Since then, the game has been crashing my computer (I'll get to the symptoms later) randomly while in the pause menu. It can either be in the game while trying to navigate around it, just in the pause menu not doing anything, or even when the pause menu is open and I'm using another program, like Discord. It never happens while not in the GUI.
What I mean by crashing the computer is that the screen flickers black and the CPU fan goes to full speed immediately. I can still hear things like radio from the game, until I do something like hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete, when it stops, as it should if you open that menu (I'm 99% sure it should, anyway...)
In order to fix it I have to forcefully reset my computer. At first I thought it was something to do with mods, so I disabled them all. Seeing that didn't fix anything, I removed them from the folder altogether... Still nothing. I considered it could possibly be the scripts I was having my computer run on startup to reconnect network drives that weren't connecting properly. I disabled them, and the game still crashed my computer. Finally, I updated my AMD Radeon RX480 graphics driver. It worked without crashing for a day, so I figured that had fixed it. It hadn't, as it crashed a few more times today.
I'm not sure why I hadn't done this earlier, but I finally checked the log. The game crashes after doing this: https://pastebin.com/raw/U9Hzvx5P
The log ends after "[ ETCARS Plugin ] [ DEBUG ] [ Telemetry ] Truck Changed", and the text below it are other warnings it returns earlier in the log.

Anyway, the crash is most likely caused by the removal of Coast to Coast. Is there any way I can get the game to stop trying to load its garages for this save, or will I just have to reinstall the mods again, which I don't really want to do? Thank you!

You left many garages in cities which no longer exist, so you might have problems until you sell them which would require reinstallation of the C2C

I... never bought garages in these cities. I only have one, in LA.

This is why i don't use the C2C map on my Normal profile.

2 separate profiles:

I have a normal profile. SCS maps Only

And another profile. C2C map with the SCS maps.

You should always have a separate profile when using map mods.

Try deleting game files inside 'editor' folder in Documents/American Truck Simulator or entire 'editor' folder and run verify files just in case

Not sure what else can help, maybe deleting every .sii file from the Documents/American Truck Simulator. If you had C2C distribution archive, you could actually check which .sii it rewrites so you could delete them and reload originals from Steam. Keep backup of each file, of course

The Garage spawn points not found errors won't crash your game. If you post the whole log I may be able to see what the problem is

Also, when it does the weird crash thing, it doesn’t actually make a crash report. The game doesn’t crash, the computer freaks out and does what I said it did. It’s strange.

Got it. Loaded the game, drove a few meters, and then paused it. I fiddled around in the pause menu clicking random buttons, and turned on the radio, as seen in the log. I then went to the truck viewer menu where you can preview all of the trucks, when it crashed. It often crashes when in a dealership, but not always. Sometimes it just crashes when in the main pause menu, whether or not I'm actually focused on the game, like I said it can happen while using a different program with the game paused in the background.
I'm not sure what the ETCARS plugin is, but it might be left over from the Trucker's Rich Presence for Discord that I also uninstalled in an attempt to fix the game.

Like I said in my original post, yes.

Like Madkine said it's a DX11 problem but it is related to a mod that is outdated and works only on dx9, I can't exactly tell which one is but you can try to put all your mods back, then go to beta tab switch to 1.34 or 1.35 launch the game on dx9 remove everything go back to 1.36, you will lose some progress but you may save your profile or try to unistall that ETCAR if you can't fix it I believe you need a fesh new profile. For the next time keep one vanilla profile and one for map mods.
