You have a nice sleeper with nearly everything you need otr, so...

I'd settle for a cabin accessories DLC and would love to have a cabin walk around camera like many of the mods out there...

Ask truck manufacturers and the company that makes these custom sleepers. SCS most likely needs manufacturer agreement in order to have these kind of sleepers in the game, I don't think that the company that makes them will have something against it.

There was an ETS2 mod for an American truck with a reaaally long sleeper, don't remember which or if it's still updated, sorry.

There is a really long W900 out there with a 172" sleeper that I had for a while; I found it pretty easily using Google. That was a couple of builds ago, assuming it was updated for 1.6x as well
