Mouse keeps going down when wheel is hooked up

I have a thrustmaster t150 wheel with clutch pedals and shifter but every time I plug the wheel in the mouse keeps going down

Sounds like you assigned the mouse to the wheel.

Go to Options >> Controls.

Down near the bottom will be "alternate mouse cursor controller."

Click on the reset button.

So i reset it and it is still moving my mouse when i turn my wheel any ideas??

Other input Devices can cause issues too if they kept plugged in (like gamepads, Joysticks etc.).
So if you have some in use and plugged, remove those.
