Nope, i mean a Discord server.

Discord is an app that allows you to comunicate with other people around the world in a server that is usually regarding a game. A server can be either creater, or joined through a link, on a server you will find lots os topics and channels regarding specific subjects of the game.

Also what is a VTC? Just curious
