Looking for a good weather mod

I keep hearing about this "Piva weather mod" that was apparently amazing, but has been pulled, it looks like.
Anyone have a favorite that they've settled on after checking out some others? There's so many...is there one that's kind of known for being the best, most immersive or whatever?

There's a slider in options for rain probability, set it to zero -> no rain.

What exactly do you mean with "good weather" ?

I'm using Project Nextgen combined with Grimes' Summer mod.

Load order is PNG above Summer as you will get the skyboxes from PNG this way.

Oh my bad...like realistic...thunder storms, rain, wind...maybe even hail and/or snow...just realistic, immersive...holy hell that thunder sounds awesome...kind of a mod =D

You can also try BRUTAL RAIN, THUNDER, FOG from KASS.

Neither of the mods that I mentioned will change the rain/thunder in the game. It is just scenery if you will.

There is no hail or wind in the game.

Snow will be done through Grimes also. Called Frosty ATS.

Noted...that it won't change the weather, but I just installed Ping and Grime's summer...and wow, talk about a change of scenery...thanks so much for the help here, that's goddang amazing. Now to try brutal weather...lol this kind of stuff is as fun as playing the game itself, you know? Too great...

So? 1.37 didn't change anything to do with the skyboxes. The mod works perfectly.

go to options and look under audio there is a slider that you can put on zero for the weather
