Tires Screeching
I just wanted to say that one thing this great game is missing the sound of tires screeching.

If we can not lock tires during gameplay, it can not be close to simulate driving a machine with so many tires touching abrasive tarmac.

Yeah, no way to lock up your tires by jamming on the brakes.

The problem here is, you don't want to do that in real life.

I had to slam my brakes once in Columbus, OH.
I was in a cab-over International , doing 55mph , slammed the brakes.
When the smoke cleared, I was so close to the guy in front of me, if my wind shield was not there I could touch his trailer doors.
We never hit but that was too close!

If you are bobtailing and hit the brakes while turning on an off-ramp or something, you always slide out if going too fast, but there is no sound for this. I try not to do it of course, but it happens sometimes.

I have been alongside an HGV who locked up the (empty) trailer brakes when braking. There was no squealing like you hear from car or racecar tyre. Just a nasty scraping noise, the rattle of tramping axles, LOTS of blue smoke and the smell of burning truck rubber. Nasty..
