Is it worth it getting C2C and Canadream?
I presently have all of the DLCs but I want to travel accross new landscapes. Would you recommend these two mods?
**sorry for my bad english, I'm french canadian :) **

It has been a work in progress since not long after ATS was released and Mantrid the author of the map has been making improvements to it since he released it. His efforts should be appreciated and not dismissed simply because it is a huge map and it doesn't have the detail of the smaller maps.

If people simply want to criticize it then make a better one.

C2C has little to look at unless you like endless highways and little scenery.

^^^ agree with the above. "Worth getting" is an eye of the beholder question, you might love either or both, but only you can decide. Neither is much of a source for new landscapes...

Sounds depressing... guess I'll just stick to the official content then

If I install them and don't like them, is it easy to come back to the old setup I had? I don't want to ruin the savegame I had...

I never had a problem uninstalling maps. But just in case save a pre-map savegame so you can continue from there.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Absolutely...C2C is probably the most ambitious community supported project ATS has seen, and the endless effort that so many have put in on it should be appreciated. I t least didn't mean to be dismissive, as I said a person might love it. +1 on the make a new profile and try it suggestion.
