"Unsupported tobj version. (version: 0)" means the uploader doesn't like one of the .tobj files. Copy one from another mod that you know works, rename it and use a tobj editor to modify the path in it.
Any chance that you have one that I could download?
Reason being is that texture object file headers differ depending on the intended use of their target textures. There are five or so different headers and you can't be sure if a random mod has used the correct file.
Of course you can go ahead and do whatever you want, but SCS have differentiated the texture uses for a reason, it's only reasonable that one should attempt to comply with their convention... even if any given .tobj might appear to work fine - for now.
