There are no drivable cars but you can add a mod. Then you can drive around but you still must obey the rules of the road for a truck unless you turn cops off.

Yes, you just need a mod and change the setting in gameplay for car rules. There are a bunch of car mods and bus mods for this game you can try to locate through google or steam

Take note however that most of those mods are not compatible with the current version of the game. Make sure you load one that is compatible.

I had problems with the Skoda. The caravan trailer replaced all the quick job trailers.
The tonque on the caravan had to reach up so far to connect to the truck that the rear end dragged on the road. Ten minutes of driving and it was toast.
