Enjoyable with keyboard, mouse and or controller?

Thinking about picking up this game since its on sale, but i dont have a steering wheel or any of those driving accessories so was just wondering if its still enjoyable to play with a controller or mouse and keyboard aswell.

Between this and ETS2 I played more than 150 hours with kb+mouse steering and had a great time.

You can play with keyboard & mouse just fine. Some people have been playing it this way for a couple of years now. I've never played it with a gamepad nor with a wheel, but I played for around 1.5 years with KB&M and currently I'm playing it with a (HOTAS) joystick with a custom sensitivity curve set for steering and the controller type set to wheel in game - I find driving this way easier and more comfortable.

That's all I've used for ATS. I would recommend using the mouse for steering, though.

Yeah even better with sequential shifting,cause it gives more control and better steering+changing gears

I do have a G920 wheel and pedals but I only use that for serious sessions since it takes a while to assemble and dismantle. Being on call this weekend I can't spend 20 minutes packing up if I get called so the XBOX controller did the job.

I have just done both the Christmas events using leyboard, mouse and XBOX controller for PC with no problem at all and

Yes its enjoyable with any device you have, ATS and ETS2 are one of the few games that are really customizable on controls, very well done

The game was built for using a wheel and pedals, the next best is a controller like the X-Box One or 360 and then the Keyboard comes after that. It depends on what you can afford and how you want to play.

I play with xbox one controller and i love the gameplay.
