Create a new profile for testing purposes and start to add your mods in one or two at a time.
ETA: Any trailer/truck not updated for minimum version 1.31...don't even bother loading the mod.
You have tons of mod related errors. One is for the HN symbols mod which is gone from the workshop, apparently. Outdated trailers galore.
Load your truck mods...then sell off any modded trucks. Both from hired drivers and those in your garages.

Edit: I should add with all this removed the game still crashes on load up
I caught the part where you said "without Mods" . . .
Did you start a new profile for the Without Mods or did you try to play the same profile that had the mods?
I ask because some mods leave data baked right into the save file and the save gets corrupted if you try to play without them. That's why you should Always create a Hard Save Prior to adding new mods.
One thing you may be able to do is roll your game back to 1.32, see if it will load. If so...make sure everything is sold off...save the game then update again to 1.33.
If that doesn't work..because of a corrupt save you will need to start a new profile. Don't worry...there are lots of mods for XP and Money cheats or you could use a program called Cheat Engine. There are videos on youtube on how to use CE.
Edit: Good news, I got the game working. Bad news, I had to sell all my trucks and now I have to begin the process of installing each mod to see which one was creating an issue.
A. Instead of just saying this after you've read a thread telling you how to let us know the issue, how about actually doing that.
B. To amke that easy, here are the instructions again:
Try verifying your game files.
Right click on game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify game files.
If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\American Truck Simulator" for a default install.
