As far as i know....you have to do that by extracting the scs files, search for the pmg/pmd you need and copy it yourself into the mod.
But depending on what stuff changed just replacing those files might not be enough.
Make a folder on your hard drive seomwhere, called "dump"
In the launch options box, put:
-conversion_dump_path "X:\dump"
(include the quotes)
(where X is the letter of your hard drive)
Run the game.
Go to a repair centre.
Go through each and every accessory, adding it to the truck. You can remove it immediately after.
Once you do that completely, exit the game.
In that "dump" folder, you'll find a number of folders. More'n likely "vehicle", with a bunch of subfolders. The pmg files inside these folders have been converted to the current format by the game engine.
The folder structure inside your "dump" folder is EXACTLY the same as the mod it is from.
All you need do now is copy the pmg files from "dump" to the exact same folder in your mod, overwriting the pmg that exists in the mod.
That's it.
Oh, and don't forget to remove the conversion_dump_path switch from the launch options.
