help , no engine sound on ATS

hi i need some help ' i lost the engine sound from the outside view (2) .
i did reload the ats and sold and get a new truck but the problem stiil there.

Check your volumes?
Is it a mod for the truck?
Verify game files?

hi , the volumes are ok and i don't have any mods , if i turn the view to the front of the truck i can hear the sound , it's just when you driving with viewing on mode 2 no sound from the engine

Somtimes you have to purchase a new engine to get the sound back.

Engine mods will do that sometimes.

i'm not runing any mods , and i did get 2 new trucks with new engines , i went back to older saved game , but nothing makes the sound to get back

Sell the truck in question and then buy it back...

if there is no engine sound just go to repair shop and and get the next on on list (not the same as what you already have) and that should work .. i found i had to do that as a result to a mod that i have installed

try a brand new vanilla profile and see if you have engine sounds

Start another profile... no mods, that's what vanilla means.
It's good to have just for testing mods or whatever before you use them in your main profile.

hey guys i having the same problem but bigger.

no sound completely. whichever view i go to no sound. not a modded truck it's the base game kenworth t680 or somthing but no sound inside and out. no sound for the turn signals no sound for the parking break or any other features on the truck. and i cant change the engine because i want to do some quick jobs. help plz.

Are you sure you didn't mistakenly mute any of the sliders? There is nothing in the base game that would cause the sound to not work.

Check that you have the right driver selected from the pull down list at the bottom of the audio options as well; have heard of some people having headphones selected etc.
