I kinda like the idea of jobs/contracts that are multiple deliveries in general. This seems like it would take alot to implement, but seems more feasible to accomplish.
Dynamic elements have been heavily requested in the last few years; from improved weather systems, real-time accidents and events and being able to see your own fleet on the road but technical restrictions, engine limitations and developement complexity have been common reasons as to why such things aren't in the game.
It would be nice to have dynamic events in-game that impact the map or locations based on the deliveries you make but the developers have to balance whether something is viable and if it can be done. Things like owned trailers were requested for years and took a lot of work to implement yet they've been a bit of an underwhelming inclusion.
