Help, truck stuck

I can't get my truck up a hill full gas, everything, I can pull special delivery, but I can't go above 0 up the hill, and if I abandon it I have to pay 15,000 dallors which I will just say no thank you. I don't have that money any way to get the truck up the hill.

I can't there are too many cars behind me, I can't abandon the job it cost me a fine of 15,000 dallors, I was able to pull most things with this truck, but appearenly I can't pull this stupid thing up the freaken hill, It goes from 1-0 mph and starts going backwards so I am about ready to say screw the game and start over.

I just reloaded my save before I took that contract, so Special Transport is evil, also I don't give a care about it at all, because I was almost there, and I got stuck on one hill and the traffic behind me wouldn't let me back up, usually in real life they give trucks room like that in case they stall out going upt the hill and go backwards, but hey whatever floats their boat.

quit the game and start it back the cars will be gone for a few minutes maybe enough time to turn around

I can see that these trucking games are not for you. If you can not solve the problem like a real driver then delete the game and go back to what ever you were doing before. This game take resistance and a little know how...

That is not the problem the special transport missions are too strict, I don't care to do them, because if anything goes wrong your stuck, you can't leave the area to fix your vehicle, I wanted to go to the maintence thing, but I coldn't do that because the cops go ahead of me, so I thought I could go around nope, not a chance as soon as I past the last escort a game over flag showed up to either abandon the contract or load the last autosave. So the Special Transports need a little leaway so if something goes wrong we can fix the problem without breaking the game. It was the last hill before the destination. If I didn't have that other save the only other way out of it would be to uninstall special transports and reinstall it.

Since, my problem was with hills, I added the transmission that would add more power to climb hill, with heavy cargo. So in theory I should be able to get up most hills the transmission also has a retarder, so I will see if that helps.

Keep in mind that if when driving with a clutch your difficulty is with having to get going after stopping on a steep off ramp you can just hit Esc, go to Options/Gameplay/Truck Settings, temporarily select Real Automatic (using the transmission you're already using), get off of the incline, and then swithch back to manual. Real Automatic allows you to start moving in situations where it would be nearly impossible to do so with a manual transmission and a clutch.
