ETS2 is run as either 64 bit or 32 bit, it doesn't matter which part of the map you are on.
The newer maps are more intensive yes, but it's not about 32/64 bit.
I always make it a habit of never arguing about something I have limited knowledge about.
Yes, ETS2 can be played in 32 bit or 64 bit but ATS is 64 bit only with an unsupported 32 bit version.
However, the point I was making is that the detail is much higher in the newer parts of ETS2 and the higher quality was because of it being done in 64 bit. Regardless of whether it can be played in either it is higher detail in 64 bit.

You were correct in that the newer maps are more intensive, just wrong in the reasons why.
Gameplay wise ETS is more demanding. The roads are much twistier, especially in the UK.
