Position 3, 1Low, Toggle 1: 1High, Toggle 1 + Position 4: 2Low. And it's like that. I think that's the setup for Eaton Fuller mode. Not sure about range, splitter, or range-splitter.
So what you're essentially doing is dividing the gears over the same keys. Edit: You wouldn't actually run through every single one of those 18 gears. You'd go from 3H straight to 4H, you know?

I have 2 SKRS shifter knobs, one from CSIO and a much better one from TechAfflicton but sadly those companies are now defunct and not to be trusted. The one above works with the Fanatec shifter so it should be fine. They are a game changer and since you have Fanatec therefore spending money should not be a problem for you. :)
