Flatbed Question
I bout a whole mess of flatbeds with different axle configurations. I have one 53 foot trailer with 3 axles and a lift axle and then I have a spread axle trailer with just 2 axles on it and it is allowing me to run more weight with less axles on it. Is that correct? my assumption is that more axles the more weight you should be able to haul. Also I would like to see in the game what that trailer can leagally carry in the discription.

That's what I thought but the 53 foot 4 axle trailer it would allow me to run 19 tons of pipe. Then I checked with the spread axle trailer and it allows me 21 tons of pipe wich I though was strange. Both being 53 footers

You get random loads whose weight varies, but I think there are heavier loads that pop up for the multi axle trailers

Regardless axle configuration, tri-axle or spreads, 80K lbs gross weight is still federal legal limit. Weight your truck with trailer while empty, full tank, and you will know for sure how much load you can take
