All of a sudden game not running...Peterbilt 389 DLC?

Game (with latest updates and DLCs) was playing fine the other day. This morning, I try to launch my latest game/save and I get an error message:
"DLC-Peterbilt 389 official game expansion is needed to run your latest save" (or something like that; I'm paraphrasing).
As mention: running fine just the other day. I bring up the DLC button and this "DLC" is not listed ANYWHERE. So I cant D-L whatever this expansion is, and I cant play the game. WTH is going on? WHat the heck is this "Peterbilt 389 official game expansion" that doesn't show up in any workshop items, or on the Store page? I also always have Steam set to update ALL of my games, including ATS.

I think all you have to do is download the Viper 389 and you should be good. It's a free mod.
First I've heard of this and I've been here since the beginning of the game.

Is this a workshop item? I see countless "Viper 389s" in the workshop...I've no idea what to DL or from where???

None of my autosaves are working...same message for each one. I see this game DLC update for Peterbilt389 from FOUR YEARS AGO...it's obviously been in the game all this time. WHy is this particular one not showing up now? WHen everything played fine just the other day? Re-starting didnt help. I don't want to uninstall/reinstall everything again either. I've so many workshop and DLCs that woudl take forever.

Copied this from another post "Peterbilt 389 is a default truck and is listed in the game DLC list on the Steam page for ATS in your Steam game library. Make sure it is ticked and marked as installed" Also try verifying your game files

Thanks. I had to go to DLCs in managing my game,. It said PB389 was already installed. SO I unchecked the box, checked it again and it re-installed...now game is fine. Wierd stuff.
