Personally I find wheels with a radius of 165mm+ to be the perfect size for ATS. As it happens, a bicycle tire from a kids bike would actually be near-perfect. Sand down the rubber until it's nice and smooth, cut the internals of the wheel out of wood and mount it on the stock of the Racing Wheel. Of course, going the DIY route probably isn't what you want. Pretty clear that you want a retail replacement for what you already have. Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions. I'm more of a stock wheel man myself.
I guess im the lucky guy, there still have a Logitech G27, that is a awesome and perfect wheel.
There is some great Wheels out there, But also very exspendsive once.
The Thurstmaster, you mention yourself but there is also the.
Here is a video from Squirrel what he tested with Wheels Setup for ETS2 and ATS.

Tbh nothing official is wider afaik, so you'd need to start looking for 3rd party. Trucking sim as far as wheel manufacturer are concerned is pretty niche vs the racing games.

and even on ebay used

13" is a nice enough size for trucking, mostly the big wheels like that are popular among the oval track race crowd. As you noticed this is not the best place to ask your question. If you can get onto the iRacing or similar forums you can probably find alternatives, but I'd guess even buying a used bare wheel and tagging some button boxes onto it you'd be hard pressed to beat the ebay deal if you can get it near that price.
Thtustmaster has been a disapointment, as I cannot under why they haven" brought out a direct drive wheel base, as I feel that is the way of the future in sim racing and ATS
Had a G25 with its way to small wheel for years but the gears Logitech still uses drives me nuts over beltdriven and directdriven FFB. Gearshifter on G25/27/29/920 is just a plastic kidtoy compared to the TH8A.
