"I Thought This Should Be Heavy?" Stuck @ 6/9

From what I have gathered through others posts this achiev for ATS (and not ETS) should be completing delivery of the following:
-Cable Reel
-Crawler Tractor
-Transformer  
-Lift Truck
-Lift Truck Chassis
-All-Terrain Crane
-Scraper
-Milling Machine
-Bulldozer

I have now completed each specific delivery type/unit listed above at least twice on the same profile and still my achievement is stuck at 6/9.

Most were long distance delivery's 1k-1.5k miles+, with just a few of the 'repeats' a shorter distance (500m'ish). Still nothing seems to count to get beyond this 6/9 status I've been stuck at.  All these delivery's have been done with zero penalty's, on time, and on a game save with absolutely zero mods installed or edits used previously on the profile.  I even saved screen shots of completed delivery's to double check for issues like this to go over previous delivery's and all these jobs have corresponding completed delivery's/screenshots.

I have done these through Freight jobs, with a couple done through quick job when I couldn't find one in 'Freight'  ready to go pick up. Do they have to be one or the other? Is it something I am unaware of like must be 1,250 miles+ to count? Must be 100K+ reward?

Any advice before I just give up trying to complete this one...

Done mine with freight jobs with no issues, and had 2 on quick jobs that counted. I don't know what could be the hold up. Bulldozer there is a non heavy version but its easy enough to differentiate since the heavy one will have the jeep dolly. And you'd be on 8/9 not 6/9.

I do have the screens saved, and I'm going through the list one more time before I give up. I just finished a scrapper since posting this and this time it counted, so its up one from 6. No idea why it didnt count the previous scrapper I did as it was exact same type of delivery in every aspect. Makes no sense.

It depends on location. Some you can do in CA, AZ, NM, NV, UT. Others can be done in Washington and Oregon.

Check if maybe you didnt do twice the full lift truck or twice the chassis and counted the 2nd as the other. Last suspect may be the bulldozer. You can double check by going down your progress history in the pause menu as well.

Its the heavy cargo dlc achievement not the special transport one.

Found one more (Bulldozer), I had done the other version bulldozers as I didnt notice the difference as they are both simply listed as "bulldozer". After I delivered that one the tally jumped from 7/9 to complete, giving me the acheiv. Not sure what went on there with #8 but at least its all sorted... Now onto the forest machinery one... /oh brother

Maybe the criteria was made the way you have to complete deliveries in some order. So your unregistered deliveries were holding ones that were registered. Other than that it's indeed very strange.

the easiest way to distinguish these on the job market is to filter out any job that DOES NOT have the heavy cargo icon (it looks like a household scale weight), this will guarantee that only jobs that will qualify you for the achievement show up

If it jumped from 7/9 to Complete after a single job that sounds like you've been completing the jobs on more than one profile. Steam reports progress on achievements based on the last profile used and you have to complete a multi-part achievement all on a single profile. But the count gets wonky when you switch profiles. When it didn't count one or more that you thought it should have, that was because the latest profile had already done them when the earlier profile (that was being reported by Steam) had not. And then when this latest profile finally got the last one *POOF* complete.

It should count for all relevant achievements.
