Best city in Oregon for garage
Buying one garage per state for fun! Which city would you pick in Oregon and why? :P

Portland. Biggest city and has good trips to Artesia/hobbs area. Longest runs in the game so far.

I wish one of the cities on the coast would have a garage like Newport :( i'm sad none of the 3 have a garage...

Salem seemed to have great cargos aswell.

AStoria should have a garage too..and I agree that coastline cities should have garages Coos Bay and Newport...But my head quatrers is in Ontario. The reason being the repairshop is right acroos the road from my garage. Plus, I like it there

I visited Ontario yesterday and garage is nicely located.
But i thought about Salem for my garage but i really wish Astoria or Newport had a garage. I like those small cities with a lot of forest. Before Oregon was released, i wish Eureka had a garage. I was in love with cute small town in the woods instead of those big cities.

C'mon SCS, garage in Astoria and/or Newport :P

SCS is terrible about locating garages on the coast. Makes no sense.

If you want to add them into the game for your personal use, there's the dev. console and map editor. You can place garages in game wherever you like them to be. Seriously thinking of going into map editor and add them into my game.

To add to this: But I want the garage to fit the sceneries of the city. But I do not know how to edit or do a paintjob on a garage. Might not be as hard as I think it is.

Didnt know that but i really prefer to not mod my game lol. Would just be better SCS do it for us!

Not even one garage on the coast in Oregon is such a waste :S

You absolutely right. Before New Mexico and Oregon. I really wanted garages in Santa Maria and Santa Cruz and Eureka. Righ off the coast....such a beautiful sceney from those areas. What surprised me the most was the Redding. Of all the big cities, Redding does not to have a garage.

I wanted Eureka so bbbbaaddd ahahaha. It's cute little town!

Yeah, would be nice SCS add more garage.. either for those who run such big tycoon they already have them all.. and for those like me who only have a few spread around the map but like the landscape more than anything else :P

how do you go into the map editor? I am trying to get into it but my game keeps crashing when i type edit in console

it's been awhile since I been into the edit of map. but I did have issue like you are describing. I had to create a new profile and have no mods and no workshop mods. Go on SCS forums. That's where I have gone because I wanted to edit the map to my liking but it had taken me a while to get the hang of it.
