As for the oversize sign, technically if the combinatioin of tractor-trailer and load weight is more then allowed, then they are suppose to have overweight signs, plus they would need to have permits for all roads they will be driving on to avoid recieving any citations. You can over weigh a container fairly easily depending on what you are loading.
You buy them then stay on truck until you remove them. No automatic stuff going on in ATS....
Though many wish so, or have some kind of trigger to remove and re-install. Looks very tacky driving around with no load and the signs and flags there.
He's talking about the ADR/Hazmat placards, which do automatically get placed on the trailer when hauling such loads.

thats a good thought, like folding oversized signs and removable flags would be awesome.
I think you still need to buy it from a service station and sell it to remove it, i do not think they have added a way to remove the signage from a truck yet.
