I tried that mod and all the female drivers have mens names !!
This just appears to be a loving mother who uses a computer primarily for work purposes. I've run into few work software that has a search feature other than email programs. At most, a program will have a "Find" feature which just scans the current page.
ETS2 has 278 with 68 being women.
Most of the pictures for both genders are of real people, mostly the devs, beta testers (I'm in ETS2) and a few well known personalities like Squirrel, Iwona Blecharczyk, etc.
Some images are just stock images though from sites like shutterstock.
