The 5 spoke that you are referring to are called Dayton Rims(v 3.1). There is a mod at modsats.com that has these and still works. Just search for Dayton wheels.
This is one of the better gaming communities on steam.
Drive Safe ;)
Has anyone installed this mod before that can tell me where I went wrong or what you did that made it work?
Thanks,
-
Tyre choice absolutely has no effect whatsoever on vehicle performance, with the exception of over/under diameter tyres from mods which will affect fuel efficiency to an extent.
ETS2 does implement tyre performance across three differing grades of tyre (as per EU/European tyre classification specifications), ATS doesn't.

What on Earth do you mean by 'match the Mack R600'? Do you mean 'match' the rims that appear in the screenshots for the Mack R mod (and many of the repaints)?
If so, those are Spider 5-spoke demountable rims which so far as I've ever been able to find are only really available from RTA as part of their Superliner and (I think) T908 mods (maybe others also).
As far as freeware mods go, as AyMazingATS says above the Dayton rims mod is about the closest you'll get to them. At some point I've gone so far as to seriously consider making a set myself some years ago but have just never really got around to it as yet (heh, sound familiar?)
AyMazingATS was helpful in getting me sorted out. Dayton Wheels are what I was referencing and we were succesfully able to get the mod to work.
What I meant by "Match" was vintage specific, IE matching the time period that the Mack R600 was on the road. The Dayton Wheels are what I was thinking of.
