shadows underneath traffic-trailer

Im having trouble with the shadows underneath traffic-trailers. Is there a fix for this?I've tried unloading/reloading mods (one by one,lots of time taken),but still have big black oblongs.Damn.

Hmm, I've noticed this as well, large black rectangles where the shadows of the trailers should be.
Not all vehicles seem to have this issue, only AI trucks. I've also not noticed my truck having these shadow issues, nor the AI cars, only the trailers.
I think that it's probably caused by a 'lighting' mod, but to be honest, my game works fine otherwise...

I sometimes see an AI trailer with a large black shadow box underneath it. In my case I know it is caused by a trailer mod.

Hmm, even more interesting.., because to the best of my knowledge, I've NEVER had any modded trailers, only skins/paintjobs for the default trailers (unless those also count as trailer 'mods'), and those all seem to be working just fine otherwise...

remove any mods you have.. I had the same problem unitl i remove mods. one of your mods has to do with tires . trust me it will remove those blocks and red tires.

Depending on the skins you use one of those skins is trying to be used by an old trailer that isn't in the game anymore, remember SCS has redone some of the trailers, namely the Curtainside. Dry Van, Reefer and Flatbed trailers and that's causing the blocky shadows under some, but not all trailers. Had the same issue with a skin pack until I removed it in the open beta and the black box shadow went away. It can also be caused by an old trailer mod that is out of date.

Thank you Capt Fuzzy, BigT57,DVA510 & Humpfester for the tips.Took me a bit of time,but it seems that Jazzycat's painted truck traffic pack v1.4 is the offender ...Bloody red tires!! Unloaded this mod & everything seems fine now. Many thanks again guys Keep on truckin'!
