I never even slow down for right turns on red. Right lane, blinker on, go!

Stupid answer, but worth a shot.. did you stop completly or did you do a rolling California stop?

I made a right turn on red and got no ticket in Arizona.

IF your approaching a cross roads / T junction and want to turn right on a RED, then you have to make sure you have a clear turn, That their is no traffic coming from your left across the Cross road / T junction, your way has to be clear, you cannot just pull out and cut some one up, your get a fine for that. I have done quiet abit of research on this as it use to pee me off getting fines on a red light right turn.. Thank me later...

Basically here in the USA in real life when you want to turn right on red you have to come to a complete stop, and make sure its clear before you go. Now some intersection in some states here will say not to turn right on red.

Reasons why you get fines on right on red:

1. Not indicating correctly.
2. Not being in the correct lane.
3. Because that particular junction is broken, either game issue or mod issue.
4. Because you cut an AI vehicle up and caused a collision.

Right turn on red is legal in most states after stopping first. At least here in Ohio . It is normally posted at the intersection with a traffic sign stating it is allowed or not allowed . The " after stop " is the important factor .

ATS doesn't impose fines for not coming to a full stop. Just look at Mohegan's post. Use your indicator, be in the correct lane.

Somtimes I just ram cars off the road because they are doing 30 IN A 80. So when ever I see a huge slow dowm for no reason. Even protesters. I won't even jake brake. I will just wave and smile.
