Report a translation problem
I don't see an actual crash log in either the games steam directory or the document directory, so including the game.log.txt , in case this is the log you are referring to.

I also forgot to mention in the original post, I had cleaned the registry of orphan references after uninstalling ATS too. After reinstalling the registry entries appear to be correct.

Now I know this is a very silly question but I have to ask it and please don't be upset at me for asking. Have you clicked on ATS in the taskbar while it is running? If not do that.
i hear the game running, but i have a blackscreen.
Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest driver for your graphics card. Right click on ATS in your Steam Library and select Properties and then select Local Files and then select Verify integrity of game files.
Check your game log in your ATS folder in Documents, it is called game.log.txt and check for any errors and lots of warnings. If the game was running well before then it must be something which has changed.
