Did you plug in your G29 BEFORE you started up ATS?
If you didn't, that is where you messed up...

Make sure you only have the G29 plugged in and not another controller. Also make sure you have the wheel plugged into a USB2 port directly on your computer and not a USB3 port or a shared USB-hub.

is the wheel detected in Steam Big Picture:

You can check by opening the Steam desktop client then going to "Steam->Settings->Controller->General controller settings which will open the Steam Big Picture screen posted above

Do that all again, but this time, DO NOT use the profile from the Logitech software, just go straight into ATS and see if that makes any difference.

Hmm, that's weird. I noticed in the video there is a new level-0 profile. Does the wheel work if you start an entirely new profile?
Asigion Oct 3, 2018 @ 5:12pm
I suggest you restart your computer and then plug your wheel in and let it calibrate. Don't bother opening the Logitech control panel. Start ATS and if the wheel is not listed in Controls then go to the Wizard and if it is nor recognised just keep pressing steering wheel until it is.

I also suggest not using the ATS profile and just leave your Logitech software at default settings and use the in-game settings.

Regarding USB2 and USB3 ports, the USB2 are usually white and USB3 are usually blue but they can be any colour. Usually USB3 are on the front of the computer and the USB2 are on the back but USB3 can be on the back as well. So to find out accurately what ports you have go to your computer maker's site and check.
