The first senior was the blinkers, they allow blocks of spaces to get to the lane you want to turn in, and cross lanes. AI stops when you are making your turn with blinkers.
The hazzard lights will make AI stop and wait for you, they will turn on their hazzard lights as well, this is good for using roads for backing trailers into tight spots. When your hazzard lights are on you can ram into vehicles without paying a crash fine. If you ram in hard enough though the game will give you some damage effects for either truck or trailer depending on which one hit. Also if there is room to backup AI will backup but only if there is space behind them.
Beacon lights work in intersections or on interstates, when they are on cars that you are in the way of will stop and wait, crashing into vehicles when beacons are on will reduce the crash fine.
Freeways, when you have your hazzard lights on cars will go around you.
Freeways, when you have your beacons lights on cars will travel past you in the other lane.
Freeways, when you have both hazzard lights on and beacons, cars behind you will slow down and will not try to pass.
The proper place for a oversiezed load is as close to the center line as possible, should have both hazzard lights and Beacons on.
Even though I didn't check the freeway, beacons only effect the currect lane or intersection, if you have your hazzard lights on at the same time it effects all lanes in the intersection.
. Hazards should have an impact on the AIs but I'm not sure.
. Beacons do not impact the AIs.
Blinkers do have an impact on the AI. If you have your blinker on to change lanes, AI vehicles will hold back and let you change lanes. (Not necessarily the first AI vehicle, but generally the second or third will).
. blinkers do
. hazards might
. beacons don't
Right ? Did I stutter ?
My bad, I could have sworn yours said don't when I read it.
Hazards and reverse lights work in a similar way, so long as you give yourself room and drive slowly AI will hang back and wait. But they do have an impatience factor, so if you take too long they start to drive up to you.
