What in the hell is going on herer I started with no mods on purpose and when I went to look at bealership peterbuilt only 1 truck shows up where are the other default trucks gone? Untill this is sorted out I will no longer be playing this game untill they have got the bug out of it,

There's no issue like this in the base game at the moment.

Try verifying your game files.
Right click on game, select properties, goto local files tab and press verify game files.

If that doesn't work post your game.log.txt to pastebin.com (no account needed) and then post the link here and we'll have a look for you.
The file can be found at "C:\Users\*USERNAME*\Documents\American Truck Simulator" for a default install.

Hello. I can assure you this is not a problem with the game. As of this post, I am in-game looking at the Peterbilt and Kenworth dealers from the menu and can see 3 pages of trucks for each. Also visiting the dealers in person, I saw 10 vehicles in each.

There is no bug here. You must have something left over from mods. Please try a brand new profile without mods and see if this still occurs. Verify your game files too.

Here's the issue, if you have a mod that is not compatible with 1.31 and you have a issue and then you try to resolve it by just removing it from the mod manager, you have to remember your profile saves that data of that mod and is trying to reload it and that can corrupt that profile and if the game tries to load a mod that has altered the games base def files it's too late, this especially happens with Truck mods and the dealer def's, even if you remove them from the mod folder. Best bet is to start a new profile and go from there.

not trying to be the buthole here people but you need to read his description better he said he never has used any mods at all since he started playing ats, and if he is so called noob then try to help him not critisize him and make him fill like your here to help and not make fill like a dummy .....tired of seeing so much critisizing and people arguing and not helping....give people a break once in while gee whizz

He didn't actually say he never has used mods. He said he started with no mods on purpose. That could be taken to mean he removed his mods before the update and that is how I took it to mean. He is not a new player, if you read his profile page it has a comment dated 8 Sep, 2016 @ 12:17pm which is relevant to ATS.

Lots of people with problems either lie or leave out important bits. We've seen it all.

Only question I have is do I need this "Patch for 1.31". I still have it active in mod manager and it does not effect my game play. It was out during the Public Beta. Need it or not is the question. Any info is appreciated.

I'm not sure (I'll try with 1.31) and maybe someone that has done this can verify, BUT, if you had mods (mainly trucks but includes all mods), before you go to new version*, sell all your (mod) trucks (I have 100 or so using various mod trucks) [Note: Backup Profile 1st] then save by closing game. Restart, remove ALL mods and resave by closing game again.

I also have a lot of C2C garages so I may try selling them also ( at least those in the mod states ) if I have a problem. I have my main profile that I can't use with the C2C maps because of residule leftovers but it still works fine with the base game states and new mod trucks.

[ *I reverted back to 1.30 so I can do this, it's a pain in the doopaa but if it works, it'll be worth it.]

Hi guys thanxs for the feed back

. I tried all above ideas and only to find when update happend my computer crashed and had to restart . There must of been a crossover of bad files. So I reinstalled the game from da brought disk version and linked it up with steam and the update happend and now it works fine. I have all defult trucks there as I had lost all my mods in crash so I thought it was a good idea to start fresh including the install of game. No problems now.

Usaully I don't have problems when I get the updates and this is no different. So now I will start new profile and carry on till I find the best mods for the game. Thank you all for you feedback. At least there are people here who care. By the way how do you go about getting involved with multiplayer as it gets lonley driving with only AI trucks in game.

I am not sure if it has been updated to work with 1.31, if not then you will need to wait until it is updated before using it. Create a new profile for it and do not use an existing profile for it.
