The command if enabled is g_traffic 0 to disable traffic. g_traffic 1 will enable it again.
Or go to file Config.cfg
http://prntscr.com/nuezxq
1. You've turned traffic off by accident.
2. You have a broken mod installed that's turned traffic off.
Something might change with incompatible mods that are not fixable just by disabling them.
The traffic anomaly can as well be a beta bug and not because of your previously installed mod. Follow the forums and/or post it there too.

I've noticed the traffic seemed to be lighter than normal too and I don't use any traffic mods at all.
Look for this in the games "config file":
uset g_traffic "1.0" I changed mine to uset g_traffic "3.0". Now I'm seeing a lot more AI traffic.
i have no traffic showing its at 1 and someone else in here changes it to 3.0 i did that and still no traffic and i removed all not working and removed the no old cars mod and still no traffic shows
how do you turn traffic on and off?

But open the console and insert this"g_traffic 1" Save the game and exit. reload the game again and try.
