Tires without textures

Since quite a while I'm seeing red, hence not existing textures on the dual wheels on the back of all AI Trucks. These Issues however don't occurr on player vehicles.
In the console there's an error
[fs] Failed to open file '/vehicle/truck/upgrade/wheel/tire/tire_1.tobj' in the read_only mode
[resource_task] Can not open '/vehicle/truck/upgrade/wheel/tire/tire_1.tobj'

Same also for "tire_1_n.tobj" and "tire_1_steer.tobj"
I have a savegame running with the same mods active where this problem isn't occurring, however I unfortunately forgot after activating which mod this issue first appeared.
Did anyone see this problem, too and knows what to do?
