What is DX11?
I know it may be a dumb question but what is DX11? I know it has something to do with graphics but what will it do to the game? Educate me :steammocking:

Its complicated, but in short, its a graphics rendering library on Windows. DirectX 9.0c has been the staple in gaming for many years and many games are now starting to switch to at least DirectX 11 which has more features, and I believe better use of multi-threaded processing, which in some cases, can improve performance when games are coded correctly.

Also, this is not the magical "fix" people claim when they ♥♥♥♥♥ about wanting DX11 support in these games. Its just a better feature set to render graphics on the GPU better, or have better graphics in some cases with new technologies.
