If you've got a wheel stand or other arrangement, I suggest perhaps using a small table next to you to place either (or both) keyboard and mouse to be easier to reach.
There is also head-tracking equipment you could get. Tons of folks use that and it's even been actively integrated into the game controls if you use it.
Cheaper alternatives are use Voice Attack using the fixed camera angles via voice. Or a webcam to track your head movement, iirc there are couple apps for free that do that.
(this is how mine is set up. also have my second monitor on said table)
You can edit the controls.sii file to speed up the movement
As others have mentioned use a head or eye tracker. I use TrackIr 5 and it is an absolute game changer. No need to to bother doing anything other than download the software to set it up, activate it before playing the game, click Centre and Precision and minimize it. Then play the game. You can use either a hat clip which fits on the peak of a baseball cap or there is a clip which fits on a set of headphones (Pro version). I prefer the hat clip myself because I don't like wires and I don't mind wearing a baseball cap on my noggin.
There is another head tracker many players have mentioned in the forum which fits to a set of headphones and does not have a wire but I can't remember the name. I love the TrackIr personally. I bought a Tobii Eye tracker to use on games which only use Tobii but then found it is not supported for large monitors and it can't be used for curved screen monitors so for me that was a waste of money. I do wish games would support both but sadlly some games only support Tobii. Both have a list of games they support.
