Stuck on every incline
Whenever I stop on a ramp or any hill in game, it's impossible for me to accelerate in the lowest gear, and my truck flickers on and off repetitively. Am I missing something? I'm using the logitech g29 with a shifter attachment.

It's a bug in the game and needs to be fixed. What I do is put the handbrake on then push down on the accelerator and then release the handbrake and then the truck will start moving again. Quite a few people are having this problem.

I always thought it was the transmission,I know some inclines I could not get over I changed the transmission and then I could.

I've been stuck on complete level surfaces, yesterday i noticed that tapping handbrake on and off (spacebar) helped, not sure of it always helps as it hasnt happened since.

It's not a bug - if you've driven a stick shift you will be familiar with the need to juggle the clutch and gas carefully on an incline. For a little help, you use the air brake (or the handbrake in a car) to hold you in place until you're able to get the clutch engaged.

I turn on the differential lock that always helps me on inclines or if I get stuck going up the ramps.

I have that problem too, using my G27 and i solve in that way too, using handbrake.

What he says. Diff lock usually helps. Also, try not to stop while going up. If you see vehicles ahead, slow down and roll slowly so you arrive on top when traffic clears. If there is no cross traffic, you can run through stop sign without penalty

Diff lock doesn't help when you're stuck cause of the bug though, or at least not with me, and i was stuck on a flat horizontal asphalt road with a light load behind a strong truck.
Once even on slight downwards slope, like maybe less than 1 or 2 degrees i got stuck, in gear pressing power nothing happened, but when i let go of power the truck rolled by itself still in gear, of course once it rolled i could take off like normal.
in all cases where it happened it was like i was parked against a wall, with or without diff lock the truck should move somewhat, it didn't.
If it's part of the 135 changes scs would have mentioned it, it's something that never happened before 135.

-put truck in lowest gear
-floor accelerator
-tap the brakes while holding down accelerator

works for me every time

This won't help the OP likely, but for anyone using pedals there's an old NASCAR trick:

1)Put your left foot on the clutch and engage it fully. At the same time, put your right foot on the brake and engage that fully.

1a) Engage the parking brake (optional, but helps on a hill)

2) Twist your right foot so that it is still holding the brake down but you can get your toe on the gas. Use your toe to floor the gas.

2a) If you did 1a, release the parking brake now.

3) Release clutch quickly but gradually.

4) At the same time as 3, bend your leg so that you release the brake but keep your toe on the gas. Once you start moving, untwist your foot so that you have your foot on the gas and completely disengage the clutch.

It's sort of a dance move with your feet and you have to do it all fairly quickly, like to the beat of a song. It's the way you can operate three pedals with two feet.

It's much easier if you operate the clutch by using The Force.

Brings back memories of driving my old TVR 350i - handbrake was so useless the only way to hill start was using the "heel & toe" technique described before. I have used the same technique with my G27 pedals too.
It actually works better (with G27 & in real life) to have your toe on the brake and roll your foot to press the gas with your heel. You then just slide your foot off the brake and onto the depressed gas pedal.
