In any case will be the other way around. ATS is older than GTA V lol. But in any case, ATS is based on real roads and industrial zones, so, yup its pretty usual to find similar places.

ATS came out in 2016. GTA came out on Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2013, Xbox One and PS4 in 2014 and PC on 2015. ATS isn’t older then GTA.

I thought as much. I remember where it is in GTA as both are based on Real Life Los Angeles. This building isn't the only similarity though, there are quite a few others, like some of the roads for example.
