ok
ATS came out in 2016. GTA came out on Xbox 360 and PS3 in 2013, Xbox One and PS4 in 2014 and PC on 2015. ATS isn’t older then GTA.
It's a real place. There's one in real-world Los Angeles, too. I wish I could recall what the building is, though.
GTA has long modelled its cities after real world locations (the older ones more of an affectionate parody than anything else, but still recognisable)
3 - New York
Vice City - Miami
San Andreas - LA/San Fran/Las Vegas
IV - New York
V - LA

So I am about 65% certain this building is supposed to represent the Santa Monica Civic Center Parking Structure:

It's been a very long time since I've been to LA, so I am going by distant memory. Maybe ask at the SCS forum and one of the map designers would say for sure.
Patient person are you? A quality lacking in a lot of extremely young people which you would need to be if American Truck Simulator 2 was your desire. Wouldn't it be terrible to waste so much time waiting for something which was never going to happen. By the way, how old is Pavel? :)
Just in case someone thinks I think POWE®FULL™ was making a serious comment, I didn't but I couldn't resist responding.
not gonna happen for 20 40 60 years lol
