Uninstall
Can u take the heavy haul off for awhile without having to but it again? If so how do I do it so that when I want it back I can reinstall.

Just uncheck the DLC from your Library. THen when you're ready to use it again, put a check in the DLC.

To be honest...I would leave it installed. It does no harm. Don't select the loads.
