Anyone notice 65 mph governor lately?

I have one account signed into SCS generating loads. I've noticed trucks that can exceed 65 mph on an account not signed into SCS are not accelerating past 65 MPH. Is this a new thing, or a glitch I have in one of my accounts?

If you take an External Contract job the speed limiter will be imposed regardless of your setting.

I noticed even with speed limiter off and not pulling a wot load the speed going through Seattle or any other City when passing through on a freeway to be limited. It only slows me down till i pass City limits then hammer down.

This happens in MP because they enforce speed limiters globally. They have a lower speed limit for city areas and they don't differentiate a highway going through/near the city versus actual city roads.
