It's so easy too do.
I have found the old CBS WW2 broadcast really interesting to listen too while driving ATS/ETS2.
Very cool stuff.
Here is where you can grab some really interesting live streams of radio stations being run by enthusiasts.

To get the live stream link choose the .pls or .m3u option, and save it to any location on your HD, then open it up with favorite text editor, and copy & paste the url into the live_streams.sii file.
Just make sure the format is correct.
