What are your specs? We can't help you unless you provide us with some basic info about your pc.

Old outdated mods will cause problems......
Folks, I just installed the patch and the Washington map. Had taken off all my mods. Game was great with the exception of lag (really bad lagging at time) issues. I applied the fix in this video and all has been fixed!

Thats far from a high end PC

Your ram is too low but the main problem is your GPU which is really a IGPU and is not meant for gaming. The only thing is to update the drivers and put the game settings all on low settings hope that you'll get a decent FPS.

Well I can install a Nvidia graphics card but that's going to cost money and precious time
King1220 Jul 7, 2019 @ 2:44pm
Yes especially if you wanna do any sort of gaming. Correct if im wrong is that a laptop? If so that wont be possible on a very low end laptop like that. Its either buy a new laptop with a dedicated GPU or buy a desktop.

The problem is want a good gaming laptop not some sort of Chinese cheap crap laptop

What you have now is far from a gaming laptop. You'll find some good sales on gaming laptops with NVIDIA pascal GPUs on Amazon and other stores as they're trying to get rid of them because of the new RTX series chips.

I got a gaming store near me I can't wait to get one

TrippinTriz https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-r4-graphics.c2496 this site shows what your gpu can do and at best it can only do 1280x720 and even at that resolution you would still have low fps. I know you don't want to hear this but you're better off buying a new laptop with better graphics or you'll have to turn every setting to low with the resolution suggested.
