That's why I asked what are your pc specs cause you're saying your gpu is overloaded but without any info all we can do is guess, so what gpu are you running?
Edition
Windows 10 Home
Graphic card
AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics
Installed RAM
3 GB
Version
1809
System type
OSType64BitX64
Processor
AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics
Thats far from a high end PC
Your ram is too low but the main problem is your GPU which is really a IGPU and is not meant for gaming. The only thing is to update the drivers and put the game settings all on low settings hope that you'll get a decent FPS.
What you have now is far from a gaming laptop. You'll find some good sales on gaming laptops with NVIDIA pascal GPUs on Amazon and other stores as they're trying to get rid of them because of the new RTX series chips.
