Keep Sailing Achievement

Hello everyone.

I have been having some right trouble gaining the keep sailing achievement. I have watched a video on YouTube about it and still no luck!

Do I need my own trailer?

I managed to get it using quick jobs. Will not recognise the boat from Special transport though.
Need to deliver it to one of the two ports in Washington State.

It's not the ports, rather, it's marinas. The receiving business is Sea Horizons. The location in Aberdeen, however, is not a marina. ;)

Take a quick job, type in "boat" in search box up to the right and make sure the receiver is "Sea Horizon" in Washington state. Worked for me, I'm at 100% achievements again.

UPDATE:

I can now do the boat delivery but the ones I find only go to Rail Export! Not Sea Horizon to Sea Horizon! Sucks! But at least I can find them now since the latest update.

Does delivering a boat to Rail Export work for this achievement? I thought it had to be delivered to Sea Horizon but I cannot find any loads to them.

No, Rail Export does not count. The Sea Horizon marinas are in Aberdeen (contrary to Ryu's statement more than two and a half years ago, but things might have changed betwixt and between), Colville, Olympia and Port Angeles. Individual jobs to individual yards are always going to be rare although I was lucky enough to find one from the Haddock Shipyard in Portland to Aberdeen in External Contracts. Just keep looking and perhaps use World of Trucks to find something from a logical supplier (eg. one of the Sea Horizons plants which are in Bellingham and Everett) - you can even go and camp on the doorstep and keep spamming Abandon until one crops up?

It does if one of the mods you're using changes that company. ;)

I just picked up a boat from the Rail yard in Seattle and hauled the boat to Sea Horizon in Everette and I did not get the achievement. Maybe the key is where the Sea Horizon is located? I don't see anything that specifically says Marina. I've got the DLC(s) and I've discovered all the cities.

The English description of the achievement is "Deliver a boat to a marina in Washington" and my post above from two and a half years ago tells you which depots count.
