Aussie truck simulator
One day in the distant future, after all states of the us into Canada are done! I’m hoping for Australian truck simulator, this will put it to the test, roads upon roads of no civilisation to get to remote communities to fill there tanks. And put food on there plates. The land of Road trains 130 tonne rating trucks

If australian truck manufacturers refused to licence their trucks then the idea of an australian truck simulator is dead in the water.

i have seen quotes from SCS where they have stated that they will no longer be using lookalike trucks with fake names for their games

Thousands of miles and miles....of nothing. I've watched enough "Outback Truckers". Great on TV watching road trains traveling several thousand miles in a 40min slot, but these guys do a fantastic service for the outback small communities, hence the road trains hauling multi drop offs. But it's not really a game unless you model flash floods, stuck in the mud, roads closed for days/weeks, graders towing you out of said swamps and one run taking a week. ATS pretty much emulates long mileage in the Mexico area and, at times, the scenery.

Steve and his dog are just brilliant. A pillar of the community. Nothing is small scale in Australia, and the longest shortcut in the world is in Australia :steamhappy: you would have to cross Mudrunner/spintires with ATS to get Aussie truck sim, most time they don't even have roads! And pretty much nothing huge can go through cities unless special escorted out of hours or on the outskirts.
Great to in theory but this is a different truck sim altogether.
