Used trucks and trailers to purchase?

I've been playing ETS and ATS for some time, and one thing I have been wanting to see added to the game are used trucks and trailers that can be purchased rather than new trucks and trailers. I think the idea is simple, essentially just creating a new tab to purchase trucks at existing dealerships, that have various amounts of miles and options at lower prices.

Doing this I think would add a cool new element to the game, and allow people to play without having to add money or economy mods to make money just to afford a truck of their own.

i know i'm kinda late to the party but in case you haven't seen it, this is the mod i use right now and it is very nice.
